How we price our work
We don’t just charge by the hour. Instead, we agree:

A fixed fee or simple monthly amount.
How many calls, workshops, or follow‑ups are included.
If extra work is needed beyond the agreed scope, we’ll always talk it through and quote you a clear price before we start.

1–2 short strategy sessions (online or in person).
Simple written action plan with 2–3 clear next steps.
2. Growth Plan Package (2–4 weeks)
From £1,200
Included:
Full review of how you run jobs, manage customers, and generate enquiries.
3–4 tailored sessions to build a 3–6 month business plan.
30‑day follow‑up check‑in to review progress.
3. Custom Project (systems, marketing, or sales)

Included:
Process mapping (how you currently run jobs or sales).
Design of a simple, repeatable system.
Training or handover so your team can use it.
Optional add‑ons: website/messaging review, basic marketing plan.
What’s extra?
These items are usually quoted separately if you need them:
Extra workshop sessions beyond the agreed package.
Large marketing or website projects (e.g., full website overhaul).
Complex process mapping or system design for larger teams.
All prices are in UK£ and include any session notes or simple documents. VAT may be added where required. We can also quote you in a clear monthly format if you prefer.

For most local meetings and nearby towns we don’t add separate travel fees. For longer distances we can either charge a small mileage fee or include a higher fixed price.
